Members responded to Cronk Road for a reported porch fire. Car 26, Engine 26, and Squad 26 responded with 12 members, arriving on scene in approximately 6 minutes. At approximately 12:30 PM, Sandisfield Fire Department was dispatched to mile marker 0.6 on Route 8 for a report of a hunter injured down a 25-foot embankment. First Due Working Structure Fire
On Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 4:14 PM, the Sandisfield Fire Department was dispatched to 153 New Hartford Road for a reported structure fire. While responding, Car 26 observed a large smoke column from New Hartford Road and immediately struck a working fire assignment.
